Bath Baby

Ellis absolutely loves her bath and has since day one.  I got out my camera during bath time one afternoon when there was plenty of natural light in the bathroom.  She gets so relaxed and content in the water and flashed lots of her sweet smiles for me!  While I was taking the pictures, I accidentally dropped my whole camera on the tile floor when the strap got caught on a drawer handle.  Boo!!  Thank goodness the camera was ok, but unfortunately my $400 lens broke.  At least I got some pretty pictures of our clean girl!

Rub-a-dub-dub

Lane ALWAYS puts up a fight at bath time.  He never wants to get in, but once he does, he loves it and then ALWAYS puts up a fight when it's time to get out!  He especially loves bubble baths and would stay in there all day if I let him.  I hadn't taken many pictures with my good camera lately, so I whipped it out the other day and got some pretty adorable shots of my little man in the tub.

2ND HAIRCUT AT COOL CUTS FOR KIDS - MUNCHING ON  A SUCKER

GOT TO PICK A MOVIE - CHOSE DORA, THEN GOT TOO SCARED OF SWIPER THE FOX AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE TURNED OFF!

 JUST GOT A BIT OF A TRIM THIS TIME.  WAS A LITTLE MORE APPREHENSIVE AND SQUIRMY THAN HIS FIRST HAIRCUT, BUT DID OK.

BUBBLY BOY!

 MET UP WITH A MOM'S GROUP AT AN INDOOR PLAYGROUND CALLED LOCOMOTION.  IT HAD TOYS TO PLAY WITH AND BOUNCE HOUSES.  LANE HAD A BLAST AND SMILED THE ENTIRE TIME!

MOMMY SNUCK AWAY THURSDAY NIGHT FOR A WINE TASTING AT A FRIEND'S HOUSE.  DADDY STAYED HOME WITH LANE!  IT WAS NICE TO MEET SOME NEW PEOPLE AND HANG OUT WITHOUT KIDDOS.

WE TASTED 4 DIFFERENT WINES AND TRIED ALL KINDS OF OILS AND VINEGARS WITH BREAD.  PLUS FRUIT, CHEESE, AND SALAMI.  YUM!
