Lane has recently become obsessed with dinosaurs. He started watching a TV show on Nick Jr. called Dino Dan. It has real actors but the dinosaurs that appear are digital images. I have started taping it for him because it comes on every day during his nap time. He gets so excited to watch it when he wakes up and will even watch re-runs.
I have been continuing to go to the moms meet-up groups and try to go to 1 or 2 a week. When I saw that there was a scheduled meet-up at a Dinosaur Park in Cedar Creek, I knew Lane would love it! It was about a 40 min drive towards Bastrop last Monday. Only one other mom showed up, but it was still fun and we pretty much had the place to ourselves! Lane loved seeing his favorite dinosaurs and calling out their names. He took his dinosaur figurines along and would carry them up to the big statues to "show them."
I should have taken pictures of each plaque because I don't remember half of these dinosaur's names!!

After walking through the trail twice, Lane picked out a t-shirt and a stuffed triceratops from the gift shop, and we stopped by Panda Express (one of his faves) for lunch on the way home. We had a great time!
